At Gladly we understand the importance of customer support and communicating with the communities and people living in them. In an effort to make a better connection with everyone, we've decided to add a Help Center, Chat and Trouble Ticket functions so that answers to any questions can be provided as quickly as possible.
The Help Center will include FAQ, Announcements and Features sections. Currently, our FAQ is bare. We wanted to be able to give the ticketing and chat functions to everyone as quickly as possible. As we grow, so will the content in the Help Center.
The Trouble Ticket/Request and Chat systems are there in case a quick answer can't be found in the FAQ or there is a time sensitive issue. We will attempt to answer a chat at any time, but outside of normal business hours (9 am - 5 pm MT) it may be best to submit a new ticket.
